OCTYN is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product — there is no physical shipment or delivery of goods. Access to the platform is provided entirely online. This policy exists to make our delivery method clear.
01 A digital service
OCTYN is a cloud-based ERP for fuel stations, operated by Zenithyn Technologies Private Limited and accessed over the internet. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. There are no couriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses involved.
02 How the service is delivered
Once your subscription payment is successful and your account is activated, access to the OCTYN platform is provisioned electronically. You use the service by signing in at app.octynerp.com with your registered credentials from any supported web browser. Your login and onboarding details are sent to your registered email address.
03 Delivery timeline
Access is typically available immediately after a successful payment and account activation. Where activation requires manual verification, access is provisioned within 1 business day, and we keep you informed by email.
04 No shipping charges
Because nothing is physically shipped, no shipping, handling, or delivery charges apply. Your subscription fee (plus applicable GST) is the only charge, as described in our Pricing and Terms & Conditions.
05 Access or activation issues
If you have paid but cannot access the platform, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Where we are unable to provide access, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
