What every nozzle is selling at right now.
- Go to Station setup → Pricing (RSP).One row per product the outlet sells, with the price in force today.
- Choose Revise on the product whose price has changed.A revision is a new price from a date — never an edit of the old one.
02 Set the new price
Enter the all-in, tax-inclusive price — the figure on the pump.
- Type the new price from the oil company's circular.
- Set the date it takes effect — today at the latest.Shifts already closed keep the price they were sold at.
- Check Currently and Becomes side by side.OCTYN warns you about an unusually large jump.
- Tick Copy across to give your other outlets the same price.Outlets of the same brand in the same state usually revise together.
- Choose Save price.Saved revisions cannot be edited; the history keeps every one.
03 The history
Every revision, newest first.
- Open the product to see the chain of prices it has sold at.The price-revision report reads these to value the stock you were holding.
Done. The new price applies to every shift from its effective date. Open it in OCTYN.
