01 What it costs
Each store you operate needs an outlet slot. You never need a second Octyn account.
- Go to Billing and read Outlet slots.Each store after your first is 20% off.
- Adding a store in the middle of a billing cycle is charged for the months that are left.Octyn shows you the exact price before anything is charged, and the store goes live once it is paid. During the trial there is nothing to pay.
- Choose Add a store.
02 Add the store
The same form as your first outlet.
- Type the Outlet name and a short Outlet code.
- Check the OMC brand and the State.The state decides which tax rates apply to everything the store sells.
- Read Activating on the right.It tells you whether this store takes a free slot, needs a paid one, or goes active straight away because you are on trial.
- Choose Create store.
03 Two stores, one account
Its own pumps, stock and prices. The same login.
- Both stores are listed under Station setup → Outlets.
- Set the new store up like the first: products, pumps, opening stock and prices.The Getting started guide covers each step.
- Use the outlet picker on any screen to work in one store.Reports can show one outlet or all of them together.
Done. One account and one login, however many stations you run. Open it in OCTYN.
