01 Before you cancel
Only the owner can do this.
- Go to Billing and scroll to Cancelling.
- Read what it says.Your auto-debit is cancelled with your bank straight away, so nothing more can be collected.
02 Cancelling
One button, and one question.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- Read Cancel your subscription?On a paid plan you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the station goes read-only.
- Choose Yes, cancel it.There is no undo. Starting again means a new subscription. If you cancel during the trial, the station goes read-only at once.
03 What you keep
Your books do not disappear.
- Billing now says This subscription is cancelled and that nothing will be debited.
- Reports, ledgers and GST records stay open to read and export.Nothing new can be recorded: no shifts, sales or purchases.
Done. The payment stops first, you are told what you lose, and your records stay yours. Open it in OCTYN.
