Which oil companies does OCTYN support?
Dealers of Indian Oil, BPCL, HPCL, Jio-bp, Nayara and Shell. Per-brand pricing, AI extraction of each company's invoice format and the OMC account ledger that tracks your prepaid or payable balance work the same way whichever network you run.
What does OCTYN cost?
₹2,000 per month plus GST for the complete platform, every module included. Choose the 6-month plan billed at ₹12,000 plus GST, or the 1-year plan at 10% off, ₹1,800 per month billed once at ₹21,600 plus GST. Billing is through Razorpay.
Can I run more than one station on one account?
Yes. Add outlets to the same account and the owner dashboard, reports and alerts cover all of them. Additional outlets are purchased from inside the platform, and each outlet keeps its own shifts, stock and ledger.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OCTYN runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone. You can add it to a phone's home screen like an app, and it sends alerts as notifications if you allow them.
How does shift reconciliation work?
Every shift opens and closes with nozzle readings. OCTYN works out the litres sold per nozzle and product, compares dispensing against the cash and payment-mode collections entered at close, and flags any variance the same day, attributed to the attendant on that shift.
How does AI invoice extraction work?
Upload the oil-company invoice and OCTYN reads the litres, rates and taxes into a purchase entry for you to confirm. The confirmed purchase updates your stock and your OMC account balance.
Does OCTYN handle GST?
Yes. Non-fuel sales are billed GST-inclusive at the counter, and the accounts module produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns and the statutory registers from the same ledger, ready for your CA.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your records stay in your account, and you can export them as Excel, PDF or Tally files whenever you want. The Privacy Policy explains how they are protected.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid term. Fees for a term that has already started are generally non-refundable; the Cancellation and Refund Policy has the detail.
